Living in extremes

I’ve lost weight doing nothing but cardio. I’ve lost weight doing nothing but weight lifting. I’ve even lost weight doing nothing other than yoga.

But why haven’t I just combined them? Yoga is my bread and butter. It helps my arthritis and keeps me sane. But my HIIT and weight training gives me an amazing body and lose weight the fastest.

I spend so much time having a one track mind. Why don’t I just let it be easy and do what I like AND what works?
